Get to Know Us

Welcome to the TCB Foundation. On July 3rd, 2024, Taylor Carys Baker lost her battle with mental health. She was a beautiful young woman who achieved much in her short life and pursued her various creative interests with passion. Taylor’s accomplishments, including her success as a gymnast and her bilingual skills, continue to inspire us. She expressed her creativity through music, art, and writing.

This foundation serves to honor her memory by engaging in acts of service in the community where she spent her 17 years. One of Taylor's favorite places was Haight-Ashbury in San Francisco, where she thrived in the vibrant and unique environment. One of our goals is to commemorate her in that area by planting lilies throughout the city.

On our way to San Francisco, we have adopted a highway sign on Highway 101. We are seeking volunteers to sign up for various times throughout the year to check on the sign and help maintain a clean area around it.

We miss Taylor every day, but she will never be forgotten. The TCB Foundation is dedicated to keeping her memory alive, and we hope our efforts can help keep Taylor's legacy thriving in the Bay Area.We miss Taylor every day, but she will never be forgotten. Cultivating Joy in Nature

Join us in honoring Taylor through beautiful acts of memory. Your support helps maintain her highway sign and fosters cherished community memories, all while planting lilies across the Bay Area in her favorite spots. We are planting lilies of the valley in honor of Taylor, as they are the flower of her birth month, May. These delicate blooms symbolize humility, sweetness, and the return of happiness, reflecting the beauty and joy Taylor brought to our lives. By planting these flowers throughout Haight-Ashbury and her hometown, Gilroy, CA, we aim to create a lasting tribute that captures her spirit and connects her memory to a place she cherished. Each lily represents the love and light she shared, reminding us of her impact and inspiring us to continue her legacy of compassion and creativity.
